Return and Exchange Policy
Note: Due to the on-going infectious disease pandemic, ALL E-STORE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT ITEM AS NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED except in the case of defects.

You may return or exchange your order through our local store or contact our customer support if returning via courier. Please call us at +63(2)713-8547 or email us at email@example.com to coordinate the exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges of items within 30 days from date of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- Item should be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Item is in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.
- Item is unused.
Items will be subject to inspection.
All shipping charges will be on your account.
Sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Items damaged during shipping will not be accepted.
