Provincial Own Pick-up Option Instructions:
1. Click 'Ship to a different address?' button.
2. Input RM Boxes address in the shipping details.
3. Address details: 3132 First St., Sta. Mesa, Manila
4. For 'state/county:' field, choose Metro Manila from the drop-down list.
5. Wait for confirmation if your order is ready for pick-up.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the contents of this order. ALL E-STORE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. No returns and exchanges are accepted at this time except in the case of product defects.
Make sure to enter the correct email address as all communication regarding orders are sent via email.
If paying by BANK DEPOSIT, remit the CORRECT AMOUNT and E-MAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT within 24 hours, otherwise orders are automatically cancelled.

REGULAR SHIPPING
For METRO MANILA orders, items will be shipped on the next BUSINESS DAY.
For PROVINCIAL orders, items will be prepared and packed within 3-4 business days upon confirmation of order & payment.
Items will be sent via any of the following couriers: LBC, AP Cargo, etc.
Items are carefully packed & thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We assume no responsibility for damage or loss sustained during transit.
Once cargo is turned over to the forwarder, you will be notified of the tracking number and date of pick-up.
