- It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the contents of this order. ALL E-STORE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. No returns and exchanges are accepted at this time except in the case of product defects.
- Make sure to enter the correct email address as all communication regarding orders are sent via email.
- If paying by BANK DEPOSIT, remit the CORRECT AMOUNT and E-MAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT within 24 hours, otherwise orders are automatically cancelled.
- Follow pick up schedule sent via e-mail.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the rider of all order numbers expected to be picked up.
- OWN PICK-UP ORDERS

- In choosing Own Pick-up option, buyer assumes responsibility for packing, assessing and transporting all goods.
THESE WILL NOT BE PACKED IN SHIPPING CARTONS.
- Pick-up orders as is. Packed in plastic bags.
- REGULAR SHIPPING
- For METRO MANILA orders, items will be shipped on the next BUSINESS DAY.
- For PROVINCIAL orders, items will be prepared and packed within 3-4 business days upon confirmation of order & payment.
- Items will be sent via any of the following couriers: LBC, AP Cargo, etc.
- Items are carefully packed & thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We assume no responsibility for damage or loss sustained during transit.
- Once cargo is turned over to the forwarder, you will be notified of the tracking number and date of pick-up.
