Provincial Own Pick-up Option Instructions:
1. Click 'Ship to a different address?' button.
2. Input RM Boxes address in the shipping details.
3. Address details: 3132 First St., Sta. Mesa, Manila
4. For 'state/county:' field, choose Metro Manila from the drop-down list.
5. Wait for confirmation if your order is ready for pick-up.

Minimum Order:
Metro Manila Delivery Address - P1,500.00
Provincial Delivery Address- P3,000.00

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the contents of this order. ALL E-STORE ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. No returns and exchanges are accepted at this time except in the case of product defects.


• Make sure to enter the correct email address as all communication regarding orders are sent via email.


• If paying by BANK DEPOSIT, remit the CORRECT AMOUNT and E-MAIL PROOF OF PAYMENT within 24 hours, otherwise orders are automatically cancelled.

• REGULAR SHIPPING
• For METRO MANILA orders, items will be shipped on the next BUSINESS DAY.


• For PROVINCIAL orders, items will be prepared and packed within 3-4 business days upon confirmation of order & payment.


• Items will be sent via any of the following couriers: LBC, AP Cargo, etc.


• Items are carefully packed & thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. We assume no responsibility for damage or loss sustained during transit.


• Once cargo is turned over to the forwarder, you will be notified of the tracking number and date of pick-up.
